The British Armed Forces consists of some of the most skilled, brave and toughest men and women in the world.

But just who is the toughest of them all? Each week a member of the army, navy or royal air forces takes to the Soccer AM car park to complete a challenge involving shuttle runs with Powerbag in the hope of one day being crowned Iron Soldier!

The contenders must complete the military designed Powerbag challenge which tests their strength, speed and agility.
